Call Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a Call Coordinator to manage customer service calls, coordinate with internal teams and engineers, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide timely and accurate support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of customer queries.
• Assign and coordinate engineers for customer service calls.
• Maintain call logs, service records, and follow up on pending issues.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service-level targets.
• Coordinate with field engineers and relevant departments for service requirements.
• Assist in process improvement and team coordination.
• Track the status of assigned service calls and provide regular updates.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
