Catalog Quality Check Associate

We are looking for an experienced Catalog Expert with hands-on experience in E-commerce Product Listing, Catalog Management, Product Attributes and Attribute Mapping. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of managing product catalogs across e-commerce platforms and ensuring accurate product information.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product attributes such as Brand, Size, Colour, Material, Weight, Dimensions and Specifications.
• Perform attribute mapping and product categorization.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images and specifications.
• Identify and resolve catalog errors, missing attributes and incorrect product information.
• Ensure product listings comply with marketplace guidelines.
• Handle new product uploads and existing catalog updates.
• Perform catalog quality checks and maintain listing accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sellers to resolve catalog-related issues.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in E-commerce Catalog Management.
• Strong knowledge of Product Listing and Product Attributes.
• Experience in Attribute Mapping and Product Categorization.
• Knowledge of product content, descriptions and image management.
• Understanding of marketplace catalog guidelines.
• Good attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• BPO / E-commerce process experience preferred.
