- Preparing salary sheets and overtime calculations
- Handling invoices, bills, receipts, and petty cash
- Maintaining accounts records in Tally/Excel
- Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and client documents
- Managing office files, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinating with security guards, supervisors, clients, and management
- Preparing daily/monthly reports
- Handling bank transactions and basic reconciliation
- Assisting with PF, ESI, GST, and other statutory records if applicable
