Job Opening: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process Bengali & English)
We are currently hiring for our Voice Process (Bengali+ English) with 100% Work from Home.

- Resolve customer queries via voice calls
Job Details
- Contractual role for 3 months
- Fixed salary
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Minimum 1year of BPO experience (with documents)
- Freshers are also welcome
Work Details
- Work timing: 24×7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Maximum age limit: 38 years
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bengali
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process
Interview Process
- HR Round (Video Call; E-Aadhaar mandatory for WFH)
- Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM / 90% accuracy)
- Final round (Google Meet; selfie with Aadhaar is mandatory)
Compensation
- 2 Lacs to 2.3 lacs
System Requirements
- OS: Windows 10 or 11
- RAM: 8 GB or above
- Processor: i5 5th gen or Ryzen 5 5th gen (minimum)
- Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps connection (Upload/ Download)
- Power backup
- Noise-cancelling USB headset

- Aadhaar Card (with complete Date of Birth) Mandatory
- E-Aadhaar Mandatory
- PAN Card Mandatory
- Educational documents (10th & 12th mark sheets)
