Customer Care Executive – Australian Voice Process
Company: Marvel Solutions Private Limited
Process: Australian Voice Process
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our Australian Voice Process. This is a target-based survey/customer interaction process, but it is not a hardcore sales role. Candidates will receive hands-on experience in handling Australian customers and professional voice-process operations.
Job Details:
- 🕐 Shift: Morning Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
- 🕐 Saturday: Half Day – 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- 🌿 Sunday: Fixed Off
- 💰 Freshers: ₹12,000–₹15,000 in hand
- 💰 Experienced: ₹16,000–₹18,000 in hand
- 🎯 Incentives: Performance- and regularity-based incentives after successful completion of the 2-month probation period
- ✅ No PF/ESI deductions
- 📄 Documentation: Letter of Intent, Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, and other applicable employment documents
Candidate Profile:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic to good English-speaking ability
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Willingness to work in a target-based environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
