- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain good communication and build positive customer relationships.

- Follow company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
