  • Eligibility & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; legal background preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in customer care, service-based operations, and team management
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and training customer support teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, performance metrics, and service quality


  • Core Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong sense of empathy, patience, and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential legal queries
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and similar customer engagement platforms
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet strict response-time SLAs, and handle high-volume client interactions
  • Skilled in escalation handling, quality assurance, and client satisfaction management
  • Leadership & Training ExpertiseExperience in team supervision, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization
  • Strong background in onboarding, training, and upskilling customer care executives
  • Ability to design and implement training modules, SOPs, and customer communication protocols
  • Proven capability to foster a client-centric, compliant, and ethical support culture
  • Preferred AttributesPrior experience in a legal tech startup, law firm, or professional services support environment
  • Basic to working knowledge of common legal matters, such as divorce, cheque bounce cases, property disputes, and consumer issues
  • Familiarity with online legal service platforms, client onboarding processes, and case intake management
