Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Manage in-house sales and assist customers with product/service information.
- Maintain customer records, files, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
- Provide good customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
