E-commerce Packing & Dispatch Video Executive

Mon Amaar is looking for a smart, responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to handle product checking, packing and mandatory pre-dispatch video recording for Myntra orders.

The candidate should be comfortable using a smartphone, following instructions carefully and handling sarees, designer blouses, kurtis and other fashion products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCheck products carefully before dispatch.
• Record mandatory pre-dispatch/packing videos for Myntra orders as per company process.
• Ensure the product, size, colour, design and condition are correct before packing.
• Record clear and complete videos showing the product and packing process.
• Pack products neatly and securely according to Myntra requirements.
• Handle order processing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain proper records of packing videos and dispatched orders.
• Coordinate with the team regarding order discrepancies or damaged/incorrect products.
• Follow company SOPs strictly to avoid dispatch errors.
• Assist with basic inventory and e-commerce operations when required.
• Candidate RequirementsSmart, alert and responsible.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and recording videos.
• Basic computer/mobile knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to learn e-commerce processes quickly.
• Previous experience with Myntra, Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
• Freshers with the right attitude and good smartphone skills can also apply.
