Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to handle field-based collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional relationships with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, commitments, and collections.
• Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with the collection team and reporting manager regarding difficult or high-risk accounts.
• Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
• Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Follow company policies, collection procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant field collection experience can apply.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Collection, Fintech, or Field Sales/Collection will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
