Job Description

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make structured outbound calls to marketing leads, cold databases, or existing clients to pitch insurance products (life, health, motor, or general insurance).

Plan Explanations: Clearly communicate policy features, coverage benefits, terms, exclusions, add-ons, and pricing options.

Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, talk time, lead conversion, and policy sales

Communication Skills: Clear pronunciation, a polite tone, and strong persuasion or negotiation abilities.
