Job SummaryWe are looking for confident,

target-oriented and experienced International Sales Executives to join our UK B2B Outbound Voice

Process.

The role involves making 100%

outbound calls to UK-based businesses and promoting a range of business solutions, including Telecom Products/Services, Card Swiping (POS) Machines, and

Business Funding/Loan Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong international sales experience, excellent spoken English,

convincing and negotiation skills, and the ability to confidently handle objections and convert prospects into successful sales.

This is a performance-driven

sales role offering a fixed salary along with attractive incentives for high performers.

Key Responsibilities·      Make 100% outbound B2B sales

calls to UK-based small and medium-sized businesses.

·      Promote and sell Telecom Products &

Services to customers in the UK market.

·      Promote and sell Card Swiping / POS Machines to eligible businesses.

·      Introduce and explain suitable Business

Funding / Loan Solutions to eligible customers.

·      Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

·      Identify potential customers and convert prospects into successful sales.

·      Achieve and exceed assigned weekly

and monthly sales targets.

·      Handle customer objections professionally and use effective sales techniques to close deals.

·      Negotiate confidently while maintaining a professional customer experience.

·      Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

·      Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM/system.

·      Ensure professional, fluent and grammatically correct communication throughout every customer interaction.

·      Work effectively in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.

Candidate Requirements·      Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or above.

·      Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in international outbound voice sales.

·      Candidates with experience in UK

/ Australia / US outbound sales processes will be preferred.

·      Candidates with experience in Telecom,

B2B Sales, POS/Card Machine Sales, Business Loans/Funding or similar

international sales processes will have an added advantage.

·      Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.

·      Candidates must be fluent and confident in English with good grammatical accuracy.

·      Strong sales, convincing,

negotiation and objection-handling skills.

·      Ability to understand customer requirements and effectively pitch products/services.

·      Target-oriented with the ability to perform under sales pressure.

·      Professional, confident and persuasive personality.

·      Basic computer knowledge is required; CRM experience will be an advantage.

·      Candidates who can join immediately

or within a short notice period will be preferred.

·      Candidates should be comfortable working in a 100% outbound international voice sales process.

Job DetailsShift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Webel More, Kolkata
