We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests accurately in assigned departments.
- Maintain NABL documentation, records, and quality-control files.
- Perform daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laboratory machines.
- Conduct daily quality control (QC) and maintain equipment logs.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate sample processing and timely report generation.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a diagnostic laboratory.
- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT or relevant laboratory qualification.
- Practical knowledge of NABL documentation and compliance is mandatory.
- Knowledge of daily machine maintenance and QC procedures is essential.
- Night duty is compulsory for 2–3 days per week.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working rotational shifts.
