Job DescriptionOne Diagnostics is looking for an experienced and responsible Lab Technician for the Biochemistry Department to join our laboratory team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and specialized biochemistry tests accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain biochemistry laboratory analyzers and equipment.
• Perform daily machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct internal quality control (IQC) and maintain QC records.
• Maintain NABL-related documentation, quality records, registers, and departmental files.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, biosafety protocols, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure proper calibration, reagent management, and equipment performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with other laboratory departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsRelevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Biochemistry Department.
• Must have practical knowledge of biochemistry analyzer operation and machine maintenance.
• Must have knowledge of internal quality control (IQC) and QC documentation.
• Must have knowledge of NABL documentation and file maintenance.
• Good understanding of laboratory SOPs and quality management procedures.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a team.
• Work ScheduleRotational duty shifts, including as per laboratory operational requirements.
• Weekly off on a rotational basis.
