Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Property Management Executive to efficiently manage our portfolio of properties available for sale, properties rented out, and vacant properties.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining updated property records, coordinating with tenants and prospective buyers, monitoring rental income, handling maintenance and repairs, following up on payments, coordinating property sales and rentals, and ensuring that all properties are properly maintained and managed.

The objective is to maximise property utilisation, maintain rental income, reduce vacancies, protect the value of our assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.
