Job Description

Proedge Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, attending customer inquiries, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and assisting customers in selecting suitable residential and commercial properties.


Key responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, coordinating with developers, following up on prospects, and ensuring smooth closure of transactions. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a passion for sales and customer service.


Prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred; however, enthusiastic freshers with a strong willingness to learn are also welcome. A professional attitude, target-driven mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
