Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Understand fabrics, take accurate customer measurements, and assist customers with their requirements.
- Provide a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order details.
- Coordinate with tailors regarding customer orders, measurements, alterations, and delivery timelines.
- Track stock and maintain inventory records.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Support day-to-day sales and store operations.
