Sales Executive

JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB ROLE: To promote sell industrial valves, gate valves and related flow control products across the assigned territory. the sales executive will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales and order booking targets, and expanding the company's market presence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Achieve assigned sales targets and order booking objectives.

2. Develop new customers dealers, distributors, contractor and industrial clients.

3. Conduct regular customer visits across Kolkata, Jharkhand, Bihar and Odisha.

4.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

5.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

6.Basic computer skills, including Email, MS Excel, and Reporting.

Working Conditions: Work Mode: Field-based sales role with individual responsibility for the assigned territory. •

Reporting: Regular reporting to management regarding customer visits, enquiries, orders, collections, and market developments. •

Travel: Frequent local and outstation travel by motorcycle and other suitable modes of transport. •

Performance: Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, developing business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.

Compensation & Benefits :• First-Year Compensation: Consolidated salary. •
