Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in Tally.
- Handle GST accounting, return preparation and filing.
- Assist with income tax return preparation and filing.
- Coordinate yearly ROC and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor or customer accounts.
- Prepare reports and maintain supporting documents for audits and filings.
- Track compliance deadlines and coordinate with consultants as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally and GST filing.
- Familiarity with income tax return filing and annual ROC compliances.
- Good attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Commerce degree or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
