Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Making Calls: Reach out to new leads (outbound) or answer inquiries from interested buyers (inbound).
- Pitching Products: Explain features, benefits, and pricing of services or goods.
- Handling Objections: Answer customer questions and resolve doubts to persuade them to buy.
- Closing Sales: Process orders, finalize payments, or convert free users into paid subscribers.
