Job Description
Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a Service Coordinator with minimum 1 year of experience to assist the internal teams in the implementation of sales & operational initiatives and objectives of the organization. He/she will collaborate with the production team and clients to ensure products adhere to client specifications and timelines. Will demonstrate proactive participation in the overall operations & installation processes to help the teams drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage employees’ daily operations and performance
· Generate various reports
· Analyze customer data to optimize operational efforts
· Make regular calls to clients to foster client relationships
· Ensure each order is processed and delivered to clients on time.
· Respond to client concerns/queries
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and applications
- Exceptional time-management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and skills
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field
