Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller for the Debt Recovery Collection Process who is fluent in Odia and Assamese language . The role involves calling customers to remind them about their pending payments, explaining dues, and encouraging timely repayment while maintaining professional communication. Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan or EMI payments.
Communicate clearly in Oriya and Assam.
Inform customers about their outstanding dues and payment options.
Maintain call records and update payment status in the system.
Follow company policies and recovery guidelines during calls.
