Telecaller (Online Lead Management)

- Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead Management: Actively manage and respond to incoming inquiries generated through various online platforms and digital channels.
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients to identify their specific scaffolding and construction needs.
- Sales Support: Provide detailed product information, pricing, and formal quotations to prospective buyers.
- Lead Conversion: Perform regular follow-ups to nurture interest and drive sales growth.
- International Sales: Manage communications with export customers and assist with global inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead progress within the company CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
