Job Location: Medha Resort, Raghunathganj, Murshidabad

Position: Female Steward

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
• Ensure guests receive timely and attentive service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Support special events, group bookings, and busy service periods when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred for this position.
• Previous experience as a steward, waitress, restaurant service staff, or hospitality staff is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Polite, presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and comfortable working as part of a team.
