Job Description
We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, inventory management, and team supervision. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities (picking, packing, dispatch)
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch
- Maintain stock records and inventory control
- Coordinate with billing, purchase, and delivery teams
- Handle inward and outward stock movement
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety in warehouse
- Prepare daily reports and updates in MS Excel
Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in warehouse / logistics supervision preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good leadership and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Working Hours: 10 hours per day | Weekly off as per company policy
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
