Accountant

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting and support our apparel manufacturing and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts in Tally and record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer and supplier balances.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO, including commissions, deductions, returns and refunds.
• Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate with the CA for timely filings.
• Maintain invoices, credit notes, debit notes and supporting documents.
• Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments.
• Support inventory accounting, payroll processing and monthly financial reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
• Experience in accounting; manufacturing or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, timely reporting and responsible handling of confidential information.
