Job Description
We are looking for billing executive WITH KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY PRIME for our company the person incharge should be well equipped with billing procedure in tally and will have to do data entry and billing in our personalised software as well.The person looking for the job must have knowledge on Microsoft Excel as well.
The person must know the shortcuts of tally so as to expedite the billing,must have knowledge of sales return and credit notes,DISCOUNT ALLOWED too.He or she should be capable of reconciling the ledger with customers with support of sales executive.
if required he will have to do telecalling to the customers for payment reminders.
Holidays are fixed as per our list finalised in the office which will be avialable at the time of interview,if the job is confirmed the candidate need to sign the holiday list and all statutory deductions are applicable such as P tax,Esi,PF as and when the company follows this norms.
