Job Description
a) Should have sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws.
b) Managing day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and cash flow operations across both the
corporate office and active real estate construction sites.
c) Handling statutory compliances including monthly GST filings, Input Tax Credit (ITC)
tracking, and Income Tax returns/advance tax computations.
d) Coordinating and managing ROC filings, financial audits, and maintaining secretarial
corporate records.
e) Preferably should have knowledge of real estate regulations (including RERA compliance),
vendor billing management, and site expense tracking.
