Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Accountant at our Kolkata office. The Associate Accountant will be responsible for accurately maintaining financial records, managing account reconciliations, processing invoices, assisting with payroll, and preparing financial reports. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and support the overall accounting operations of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze and resolve financial discrepancies effectively
• Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands on experience in Tally is MUST.

Eligibility :

• 0 - 2 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
