Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About the company

We are a Company in the specialist field of construction of oil and gas pipelines for over 50 years.we are working for public sector company. We currently have openings for the positions of “Accounts Admin ” for our office at Old Court House Street, Kolkata. The Job description, salary structure and skill requirements are:-

Job Description

· CA Inter preferred.

· Accounting, book keeping & cash handling- using computerized accounting.

· Making E-invoice, way-bill, bank reconciliation & finalization of Balance sheet.

· Preparation & Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and quarterly/monthly TDS return etc.

· All voucher making, posting, store entries, regular reports.

· All local taxation related matters - liaison, reports, submission, and approvals.

· All admin work related to Kolkata office, legal cases etc.

· Payroll, PF and other statuary compliance.

Required Skills

· Bcom + Ca inter.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications and internet use.

· Good verbal and written communication in English.

Salary

· Rs 25,000/- to Rs 35,000/- As per the interview.
