Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company’s complete accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial activities.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.

Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

Supervise and guide the accounts team.

Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues.

Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
