ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR – IMMEDIATE JOINING

Indian Cyber Security Solutions (ICSS) is hiring Academic Counsellors for our growing cybersecurity education division.

📍 Location: Kolkata – Work from Office

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives

💼 Experience: 0–3 Years

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

About the RoleAs an Academic Counsellor, you will speak with students and working professionals who have shown interest in cybersecurity courses and help them choose the right career-oriented training program.

This is a sales-oriented counselling role. You will be responsible for converting enquiries into course enrolments while providing genuine guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities• Contact students and professionals who enquire about cybersecurity courses

• Understand their educational background, career goals and requirements

• Explain suitable cybersecurity courses, certifications, duration, fees and career opportunities

• Conduct counselling over phone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication

• Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career prospects and certifications

• Convert qualified leads into course admissions

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

• Coordinate with the training and academic teams for student onboarding

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Comfortable making outbound calls

✔ Good English + Hindi/Bengali communication preferred

✔ Freshers with good communication and sales ability can apply

✔ Experience in EdTech, education counselling, tele-sales, BDE or inside sales is an advantage

The position involves lead follow-up, counselling, admissions and sales targets.
