Agency Partner

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Agency Partner to develop and manage a network of agency partners/agents and drive business through them.

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify and recruit new agency partners/agents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.

Explain company products, processes, and business opportunities to partners.

Support partners in lead generation and customer acquisition.

Guide and motivate partners to achieve business targets.

Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews.

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and customer support.

Generate business through the agency network.

Maintain regular activity and sales reports.

Requirements:-

Graduate preferred.

Experience in sales, insurance, banking, financial services, or agency development will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building and convincing skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and computer applications.
