Job Description
We are a Chartered Accountants firm since last 27 Years. We are engaged in Business Valuation services like Equity share & securities valuation, startup valuation, ESOP valuation, Sweat Equity share valuation, Valuation under companies Act, FEMA, IBC, Income Tax act, SEBI rules and regulations.
The Person should be CA Inter pass/appeared (CA Articles) and should have atleast 2-3 year working experience in a CA firm.
The person should be interested and committed to do valuation services on long term basis. There is lots of scope and opportunity in Valuation Services.
The person should be willing to work hard and should possess the good understanding of MS Excel working.
