Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for Female candidate for a Back Office Coordinator for warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling stock-related entries, maintaining inventory records, and supporting daily back-office operations, packaging and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock inward and outward entries

• Update inventory records in system/software

• Prepare daily stock reports

• Handle billing and documentation work

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock updates

• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
