Job Description
Back Office Executive – Recruitment & Development
Responsible for supporting recruitment and employee development activities, maintaining candidate and employee records, coordinating interviews, preparing recruitment reports, handling documentation, and assisting with onboarding and training processes. The role involves coordinating with candidates, employees, and senior management, maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Good communication, MS Office/computer knowledge, coordination skills, and attention to detail are required. Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
