Job Description
A candidate Should have all the following skills mentioned below:
Data Entry and Management: Accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Good Content Writing in English: Able to prepare the report in English Language along with able read hindi .
Communication: Assist in email correspondence, handling phone calls, and other communications with manager, suppliers, and internal teams.
Document Handling: Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents, files, and records.
Report Generation: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office tools or other software as needed.
Support Team: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and provide support as required.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills..
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
Candidate should able to read Hindi.
