Job Description
Banking Executive – Muskurahat FoundationA Banking Executive role generally involves handling banking-related customer service, documentation, account support, and day-to-day financial operations. Similar current Muskurahat Foundation listings include branch, KYC, and back-office responsibilities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer/beneficiary queries and provide proper assistance.
- Assist with account opening and banking-related documentation.
- Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents.
- Handle data entry and update customer records.
- Support deposits, withdrawals, and other banking-related activities where applicable.
- Maintain physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with branch, back-office, and other departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Follow organizational policies and compliance procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and beneficiaries.
- Support assigned service and business targets.
- EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
