Job Description
Job Title: Barista
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a Barista
Job Type: Full-Time
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work area
- Handle customer orders, queries, and complaints professionally
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment
- Maintain stock of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure quality and consistency in every cup served
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Barista
- Good knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and café operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Preferred Qualifications: 10th, 12th Pass or Graduate
- Basic English and local language communication skills
