Job Description

Job Title: Barista

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a Barista

Job Type: Full-Time

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work area
  • Handle customer orders, queries, and complaints professionally
  • Operate coffee machines and other equipment
  • Maintain stock of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure quality and consistency in every cup served
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Barista
  • Good knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and café operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Preferred Qualifications: 10th, 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Basic English and local language communication skills
