Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene, service standards, and customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee, tea, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and work area.
• Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, ingredients, and consumables.
• Follow FIFO, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support billing, counter operations, and other outlet activities when required.
• Minimize wastage and report equipment or stock-related issues to the supervisor.
• Candidate ProfileGood communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
• Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak business hours.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or food retail environment will be an advantage.
