Barista & Server -Front Of House

Guest Service: Providing warm, attentive service to guests.

- Order Taking: Accurately taking food and beverage orders.

- Serving Food & Drinks: Serving dishes and drinks promptly as per restaurant standards.

- Table Management: Ensuring tables are well-maintained and cleared efficiently.

- Menu Knowledge: Being familiar with menu offerings for guest queries.

- Ambiance Contribution: Contributing to maintaining Spiegel Restaurant’s ambiance.

- Communication: Coordinating with kitchen and other staff for smooth service.

- Guest Interactions: Handling guest requests, feedback politely.

- Hygiene & Presentation: Maintaining personal and service area hygiene.

- Cash Handling/Billing: Assist with billing processes as needed.

Billing Software and Data Handling

1. Manage and operate billing software, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

2. Maintain accurate records, including sales data, customer information, and inventory levels.

Cash Management

1. Ensure accurate cash handling, with no discrepancies and losses.

2. Secure cash and sensitive information, following company protocols.

Other Responsibilities With Barista & Floor Management:

1. Prepare and serve beverages: Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.

2. Manage barista operations: Maintain a clean and organized barista and manage inventory.

3. Provide excellent customer service: Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain knowledge of drinks: Stay up-to-date on drink menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.

5. Greet and seat guests: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat them promptly.

6. Take orders and serve food: Take food and beverage orders, deliver food, and ensure guests satisfaction.

7. Provide excellent customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.

8. Maintain table settings: Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for service.

9. Collaborate with the team: Work with kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure seamless service.

Probation Period: Three (3) months from the date of joining.

3. Leave: One weekly off day (Off will NOT be on weekends or festive days, especially Durga Puja & other festive times)

4. Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided if needed.

5. Work Schedule: You will be required to work as per roster, including weekends and festive days.

6. Uniform: You are expected to wear uniform during working hours

7.Staff meal: Lunch & Dinner (Employees are entitled to lunch and dinner during their shift. Meal service is subject to change based on operational circumstances)

8. Notice Period: Minimum 1 month before leaving the organization.

9. Incentives & Over Time hours will be decided on situational & certain parameter basis and given along with monthly salary.

10.Duration For Shift: 10 hours (9 hours work +1 hour break time)

N.B. Location may be reassigned across company sites as per business requirements.

Assisting with procurement and vendor coordination if needed. Ensure seamless operations across both branch locations, manage logistics, and undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
