Job Opening: Female Computer Operator (Tally ERP 9) and billing software

Position: Female Computer Operator (Good looking and presentable)

Location: South Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day data entry and office documentation.

• Maintain accounts and billing using Tally ERP 9.
• Prepare invoices, purchase and sales entries, and maintain financial records.
• Manage stock entries and inventory records in Tally ERP 9.
• Assist with office administration and filing.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Only Female candidates may apply.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Well-presented with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must be good looking.

Preferred Qualification: Higher Secondary with relevant experience.

• Previous experience as a Computer Operator or Accounts Assistant will be preferred.
