Job Description

1: Answers phone calls and emails, inputs guest details into the property management system, and processes payments or cancellations.

2: Oversees the entire booking department, supervises staff, resolves complex reservation discrepancies, and manages channel inventory.

3: Greets arriving guests, coordinates room assignments, handles walk-in bookings, and bridges communication with housekeeping.

4: Works in travel agencies or corporate desks to manage end-to-end itineraries, including transport and accommodation bookings.

5:Analyzes booking data and market trends to set dynamic room rates and optimize overall booking revenue.
