Job DescriptionWeBanquets.in is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new Banquet Halls, Wedding Venues, Hotels and Event Vendors.
• Generate new business through calls, meetings, field visits and follow-ups.
• Explain WeBanquets' lead generation and subscription plans to potential vendors.
• Convert prospects into paying clients/subscribers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Handle upselling, renewals and subscription upgrades.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales, calling, meeting and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred.
• Experience in Event, Wedding, Banquet, Hotel or Hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Good knowledge of Bengali and Hindi; English communication preferred.
• Own two-wheeler will be an advantage.
