Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned leads, including SMEs and merchants, and drive onboarding onto Google Ads.

• Understand client business needs and educate merchants on the benefits of paid Google advertising and digital visibility.

• Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, account setup, and ad activation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to support retention and client satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly onboarding, revenue, and business targets as defined by the process.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup, activation, and timely issue resolution.

• Conduct professional client meetings and deliver clear presentations on digital advertising solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.

• Strong background in selling high-value products or services.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Comfortable with field sales, regular travel, and face-to-face client meetings.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain digital marketing concepts in a simple manner.

• Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing a lead-to-onboarding sales cycle.
