Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital platforms and market visits.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for domestic and international tour packages.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, travel partners and agents.

• Understand customer travel requirements and coordinate with the operations team to prepare suitable itineraries and quotations.

• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Promote Vian Holidays' tour packages, hotel bookings, flights, holiday memberships and other travel services.

• Develop B2B relationships with travel agents, corporates, institutions and other business partners.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries and conversions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and customer requirements.

• Handle negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, travel events and business networking activities.
