Cafe Executive roles and responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

• Prepare and serve beverages and light food items (if required).

• Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

• Supervise and coordinate café staff during shifts.

• Monitor stock levels and place inventory requests when needed.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

• Maintain attractive product displays and café presentation.
