Job Title: CCTV, Fire Alarm & Burglar Alarm Technician

  • Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Install and troubleshoot fire alarm and fire detection systems.
  • Handle burglar alarm and intrusion detection systems.
  • Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
  • Identify technical faults and provide effective solutions to clients.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all security systems.
  • Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues within the stipulated time.
  • Coordinate with the technical team and branch office for service-related activities.
  • Prepare service reports and submit them to the concerned department.
  • Follow company guidelines and maintain safety standards at all project sites.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in CCTV, fire alarm, and burglar alarm systems is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of wiring, cabling, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
