Position: Client Relationship Team Leader / Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate leads through references, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and servicing.
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates from banking, insurance, BPO, telecom, or retail sales backgrounds can apply.
Candidates are required to be IRDA approved so they may be required to pass IRDA Exam which costs ₹1250/- (max) taken by IRDA.
