  • Preparing salary sheets and overtime calculations
  • Handling invoices, bills, receipts, and petty cash
  • Maintaining accounts records in Tally/Excel
  • Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and client documents
  • Managing office files, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinating with security guards, supervisors, clients, and management
  • Preparing daily/monthly reports
  • Handling bank transactions and basic reconciliation
  • Assisting with PF, ESI, GST, and other statutory records if applicable
